GENERAL INFORMATION
This website (“the Site”) is operated by SHAI. If you encounter any issues with an order or experience problems using the Site, you are welcome to contact our customer service:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER ON THE SITE.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you shop on our Site. The Terms may be updated periodically, for example, due to changes in technology, legislation, or our business model. You must accept the applicable Terms each time you make a purchase.
References to “you” or “your” refer to the customer, while “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to SHAI.
If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to place orders via the Site.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you—or a third party designated by you (excluding the courier)—physically receive the product. Please see the section **Right of Withdrawal** for more information.
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which grants you certain rights in case of faulty or misdelivered products. See the section **Defective or Incorrect Items** for further details.
ORDERING
The online store is generally available 24/7, although brief downtime may occur due to maintenance—usually scheduled at night.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you must have legal approval to enter into a purchase agreement.
We only ship to countries listed under the “Shipping” section of the Site and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
SHAI reserves the right to cancel your order without liability if:
· Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified
· The order is suspected to be fraudulent or illegal
· A technical error occurs on the Site
All agreements must be made through the Site—not via email, letter, or fax.
WHEN IS AN ORDER LEGALLY BINDING?
Before making payment, you can correct information, modify your cart, or remove items.
Once you click “Buy and Pay,” you will receive a confirmation—at which point the agreement becomes binding.
You will also receive an order confirmation by email.
LANGUAGE AND AVAILABILITY OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement is concluded in Danish. A copy of the confirmation will be sent to your email. We recommend saving it for future reference.
SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION
We perform security and verification checks on orders to protect our customers from fraud.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment options:
· Dankort
· MasterCard
· Visa
For card payments, you must enter the CVV (security code) found on the back of your card.
Your payment will only be charged once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
PRICES & SHIPPING
All prices include VAT and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional charges.
DELIVERY
We deliver within Denmark. For international delivery, use the country selector at the bottom of the Site.
Items will be delivered to the address or pickup location you specify. Delivery occurs on business days and requires a signature—either from you or someone at your address.
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing to accept the item and contacting our customer service.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
SHAI reserves the right to send items in separate shipments if certain products are on backorder. There are no extra costs for split deliveries.
ORDER STATUS
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you do not receive it, please contact customer service.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the period starts from the day the final item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement by email to shai_studio@hotmail.com.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you cancel your order, we will refund the full amount including standard shipping (excluding any additional delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or valid proof of return.
You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. Please keep the receipt for your return.
You are only liable for any decrease in value of the item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, features, and functionality.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact customer service.
You may choose to:
· Receive a full refund
· Receive a replacement item
· Receive a price reduction
SHAI will cover the return shipping costs in cases of defect or incorrect delivery.
OTHER TERMS
We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but errors may occur.
SHAI is not liable for events outside our control that prevent us from fulfilling the agreement.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SHAI.
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply.
SHAI may transfer the agreement to a third party if it does not negatively impact your service. You will be informed in such cases.
PERSONAL DATA
Your data is handled with confidentiality. Please refer to our **Privacy Policy** for details on how we process your information.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This agreement is governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a competent court in Denmark.
