If you wish to arrange a return, please send an email to Shai_studio@hotmail.com. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you cancel your order, we will refund the full amount including standard shipping (excluding any additional delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or valid proof of return.

You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. Please keep the receipt for your return.

You are only liable for any decrease in value of the item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, features, and functionality.

• The item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact. 
• All items will be checked for tan, makeup, fragrance odour or marks/stains and will not be accepted if item contains them. Please take extra care when trying on if you wear makeup and remove any jewellery that may snag.
